Notes
Starting temp 76, DP 61; ending temp 80, DP 63. Wind from south at 5 MPH.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to East Falls Church to loop, and then back. Ran past MM 2 on the Custis to MM 2.5 and then back to MM 2, where I did 6 hill sprints before jogging home. Drills after.
L/R balance at 47.7/52.3. Tried a new taping job on ankle at first, but gave up - it was limiting the ankle too much.
