Starting temp 48, DP 37; ending temp 58, DP 33. Pollen 11.3.
Ran out to Connecticut Avenue and back on Cap Crescent, adding on by running down to MM 9 and back. Ran with Jamey Burden, Elyse, Jamie (new guy), Dave McKenzie, and someone else for first 5 miles - Elyse, Jamie, and I continued on to Connecticut. Then back down. Split run as first 1.5 at 9:27; next 3.5 at 8:28; next 4 at 7:46; last 5 at 6:59.
Took 150 mg Zantac in morning, 180 MG allegra night before. One puff Symbicort pre-run. Felt a bit sluggish, but run went well. Breathing better than Friday, despite the pollen.
