Temp 30, DP 17, wind from north at 5 MPH.
From home, ran out to Custis but decided I didn't like the icy patches. Was also having issues with stability in the Prisms. So did laps around outside of WL track. Did drills and 4 strides on track after.
Wore jacket, tights, and buff - felt a bit overdressed.
