Temp and DP 42, wind of 3 MPH from NE; low pollen.
Did 3200, 1600 on the track solo, splitting as 12:59 (6:34/6:25) and 6:10. Legs very sluggish for the 3200; a bit better for the 1600, though still no spark. Not at all surprising, since I raced a half 4 days ago. Felt much better after the run than before, so it did its job.
Breathing was very good. Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue pre-workout.
Stomach good. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and vanilla and smores GUs.
