At Mint. Incline 2.0%, unless otherwise stated. Workout was 6 miles at 8.6 mph (6:59 - 7:07 outside) and then 2 miles at 8.7 mph (6:54 - 7:01 outside). Felt good but foot broke at very end :(
Warm-up fartlek was .1 on, .2 off; on was 9.0, 9.3, 9.5, 9.8, 10.0, 10.3, 10.5, 10.8, 11.0; off was 6.6.
