Workout was 3x1200, 3x400. Went well for the most part - legs are very fresh. But head was spinning a bit during first interval and part of second, before settling.
Ran 4:22, 4:16, 4:14, then 82 (stuck behind group), 79, 77.
Afterwards, did a cooldown jog near Golds, and got lost and ended up running way too far, making me late for a call. Oops.
Followed up with some injury prevention work at gym, including squats (2x8 at 135, 155) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30).
