At AU track. Forgot watch, so no splits

Workout was 2 miles (easy, and then strides)

Since I couldn't worry about times, I just focused on keeping a steady hard effort while maintaining good form.

I took 2 Sudafed before, and felt better than I have, though still a bit congested.

Dewpoint was low.
