Started at temp 75, DP 71 for jog down to Iwo Jima, but cooled to temp 72 and DP 63 for workout.

Did 6 hill reps as my first workout back, working with Greg R, Jessica R, Amanda D, Lara H, John Lui, and Matt Smith. Kept these pretty conservative, except for the last two, and hung way back on the recovery. First one felt horrible, and then felt good after. I tried to fire my glutes very hard on the last two, which apparently made me look like I was swaying and losing form, so I'll have to skip that in the future.

One puff foradil in am; 3 puffs albuterol right before.
