Temp 66, DP 65, wind of 5 mph from south. Pollen of 7.2

Did 8 Iwo JIma hills - up to one way sign on way up, and post on way down. Lots of buses, cars, and bikes to dodge. Uphill felt quite good; I struggled some with the downhill stride each time, though they improved.

L/R balance at 48.1/51.9

Breakfast was rice, egg whites, smores and salted watermelon GUs, and dark chocolate - sat well.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, 2 puffs of rescue, and 5 mg of pred - breathing OK.
