Temp 43, DP 38 - pretty windy (sustained of 8MPH, but heavier gusts). Workout was a 5K tempo (slower than a stand-alone tempo - I paced as if I was doing 4m-8K) and then a mile at closer to mile repeat pace.
Ran the 5K in 20:19 (6:34/6:33/6:27/0:45) and the 1600 in 6:02. Times were pretty much meaningless due to the heavy wind. Legs felt OK, but hamstring slightly tight - not painful at all, but I protected it some.
Followed with squats at gym - 2x8 at 135, 165 (skipped other stuff because of hammie)
