Temp and DP 65, Wind of 6 MPH from east, pollen of 7.5.

Did 4x1200m, working with/trailing Juan, Barrett, Lindsay, Juan, Weston, Jillian, David Kent, and Rachel. Split 4:30, 4:26, 4:23, 4:20. Recoveries between 2:32 and 2:43 (were supposed to be targeting 3:00)

Workout was OK - I think I would have been better served easing up on the second two reps and stretching out to 5 reps. But I was just a bit stuck in mile racing mode, so overshot the effort. Not an awful workout at all, just not as productive as it could have been.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and berry and stores GUs - sat well.

Breathing was advair 250, QVar, and 2 puffs of rescue. Breathing not 100 percent - I think because this was the very last puff of this Advair diskus.
