Temp 60, DP 59. Met group and ran out and back on Rock Creek before taking on on the Cap Crescent, running with Andi, Marvin, Jesse, and Anna. Kept it easy the whole time, since Andi and I didn't want to drop Jesse and Anna after promising them we'd stick together.
Left hammy started cramping on cap crescent, so cut it short.
