Notes

At Mint; 1.5% incline. Back of left leg (upper calf, right below knee) hurt slightly, but only at slower speeds; inside of left ankle hurt slightly afterwards.

In retrospect, probably not the best structure for a VO2 Max workout. I should have kept the intervals to about .75 of a mile, and increased the pace, for a true VO2 Max workout.
