Temp 75, DP 68. Did Pershing Loop from yoga, continuing up Glebe to Lee and then taking Stafford down to the track. Did drills and 4 (slow, creaky) strides on the track, and then two hill strides. Hips felt achy during strides. Otherwise felt good.

Test driving the sub-2s some more. I don't have ankle trouble if I tape my ankles. They are a bit too flexible for my liking, though.
