Temp 44, DP 32, wind of 15 MPH from NW.
From home took Custis to W&OD west to turn near Madison Manor. Then took W&OD down to 4 Mile Run turn back to W&OD back to Custis, which I took home, adding a loop around the school. Drills and 2 strides after.
Wore longsleeve and thin tights; slightly cold.
Forgot HRM, so HR is off.
