Starting temp 32, DP 23; ending temp 40, DP 26.
Took Custis out to W&OD to East Fall Church, where I did the short loop before taking the same route home. Drills, two flat strides, and two downhill strides after.
Tried to think about not overstriding and about pulling heels up. Felt less like I was going to trip, but legs had little power and HR was jacked up.
