Temp 68, DP 66. Ran form home to track, then did workout of 1200, 800, 1200, 800, 800. Garmin died during my first interval, but I remembered the splits George called - 4:33, 3:00, 4:30, 2:58, 2:56.
So... 4800m of intervals, and then 1800m recovery (400 or 500m recovery) - 6600m
Tried to run these very controlled with a strong negative split due to the humidity - I split the last one as 1:31/1:25, for example. Humidity really didn't bug me until the cooldown, so yay.
For the most part trailed Jillian, Rachel, Kelly, Ann, Kate, Dan, with the two Jessicas running with me.
One puff Foradil in AM, 2-3 puffs Albuterol right before workout.
