Starting temp 65, DP 61; ending temp 71, DP 63. Wind of 3 MPH from south, pollen of 7.9
Met the group at Fletchers, and did out and back towards Pierce Mill with Chris C and Sarah W. Was fun to run with them again - it's been way too long.
Very mild progression from easy down to moderate. I wasn't necessarily planning to progress, but it felt OK, so I let it happen.
Surprised how little I felt yesterday - didn't take much out of me.
