Temp and DP 30, some wind; track was slightly slick.
Workout was a cutdown 2000/1600/1200/800/400. Tried to keep these strong but relaxed, and never straining. Worked with Chris Carney a lot for the 2000/1600, though he picked it up for the 12 and 8. Split 8:03, 6:16, 4:39, 3:01, and 85. Happy with this workout, and really happy with how I hit the proper effort level.
One puff foradil in the morning. Relaced the hitos and now they're staying tied much better. Hitos don't have the best grip on slick surfaces, though - I never slipped horribly, but I felt the whole workout like I had no traction.
