Temp 51, DP 43, no wind.
Did 3x2 miles, jogging loops in Georgetown. Split this as 13:06 (6:33/6:33); 13:03 (6:31/6:32) and 13:09 (6:36/6:33). Half mile jog between each.
Legs felt tired at first, and then good. Really really nice weather. Did have to dodge a maintenance guy a few times, but otherwise had a good path to run on.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus a puff of rescue before starting to run.
Breakfast was rice, hemp power, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Wore ankle braces. L/R balance was good for the warm-up; didn't have any signal for the workout.
