Notes
Temp 25, DP 14 - brisk wind from north-west (20 MPH, according to Garmin).
Did 4 mile tempo at WL, working with Romain, and also David M for the first 2 miles (he pulled ahead to do 5k).
Splits were 6:42/6:40/6:38/6:28. So, steady effort, and then picked it up in the last mile. I was pretty happy with this one for the first real workout post-CIM.
Breathing was very good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus rescue.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and French toast GUs, and berry stroopwafel.
