Notes
Temp and DP 42; light rain. Wind of 5 MPH from north according to Garmin, but felt very light.
From home, picked up Taylor Street and took it down to Wilson to Glebe. Then took Henderson over to George Mason, which I took all the way down to the W&OD. Took the W&OD east to Shirlington, then picked up 4 Mile Run and took it west, eventually rejoining the W&OD. Then up to the Custis, which I took to the Taylor Street exit before looping around the school. Felt good.
Drills and four uphill strides after.
Wore my rain coat over shorts and a sportsbra, with latex gloves under thick gloves - was dressed right for the weather -never hot and never cold.
