Notes
Temp 33, DP 20, light wind. Did two sets of 1600, 800, splitting 6:09, 2:58, 6:04, 2:48. Felt really good.
Made an effort to really stretch out my hips before and did 4 strides - that probably helped. Breathing really good (Advair 250/50).
Worked with Dan, Brent, Alex, trailing Chris C., Chris M,, Rachel, Catherine, Larry, Skylar. Kept everything relaxed and aerobic until the last set, when I pushed a bit.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, maple bacon GU, and chocolate stroopwafel.
