Starting temp 23, DP 19, ending temp 28, DP 20. Wind of 3 mph from SW.
From home, took Custis to W&OD out to Idylwood park and back. Kept it easy the whole time since I tempoed yesterday. Felt clunky at first and then good for the second half of the run.
Wore reflective CAR jacket, medium tights, and mittens with hand warmers, and was comfortable. Did not wear ankle braces. L/R balance was 48.3/51.1. Used GPS for signal rather than footpod
