On Fluffy. Incline at 1% throughout. Stryd calibrated to 103.5, which was accurate at speed, underreporting speed on cooldown.
Did 6x.5 mile in 3:05, 3:08, 3:03, 3:02, 3:02, 3:01 with 2:30 jog between each. My knee hit the front of Fluffy on the second rep, which threw me off so that I had to pause and regather myself, which is why that interval was slower.
Workout felt just right in terms of intensity.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, berry stroopwafel, smores and berry gus - sat well.
Breathing was good - advair 250/50 and Qvar.
Temp was 68 degrees in room, with 3 fans.
Wore ankle braces. L/R balance very right skewed.
