Temp and DP 73, wind of 8 MPH from NW; pollen of 3.8.
Ran down to Iwo Jima and did 8 hill repeats. Dump trucks started lining up at the stop sign at the bottom of Iwo Jima, which made the later reps a bit tricky. Had to pause after the 6th rep because there were trucks in both lanes, since another dump truck was trying to get in line - just seemed better to avoid trying to run hard while weaving around a moving dumptruck. The water break was appreciated also.
Felt both strong and sluggish for these, if that makes sense. I'm thinking I was just a bit dehydrated as the workout went on, but the low HR argues against that. The humidity was noticeable.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores, salted caramel, and lemonade GUs - sat well.
