Temp 68, DP 62. Ran from Down Dog across Key Bridge to MV trail and back over Roosevelt Bridge to VA avenue. Then past waterfront to mile marker 9.5 on Cap Crescent, and back to Down Dog by adding extra loop on waterfront.

Used HRM to keep HR at 150 or less. Did a few drills after end of run
