Temp 64, DP 62, wind of 3 MPH from south; pollen of 9.7.

Did 6x800 and then 2x400 trailing a pack of Dave Lett, Dave McKenzie, Damien, Matt, Bradford, Bailey, Chris Carney, Matteo, and Maddie. Tried to keep the 800s aerobic and relaxed - in that 3K-5K pace range - then dropped down to mile effort for the 400s. Splits were 3:07, 3:06, 3:04, 3:04, 3:04, 3:01, and then 85 and 85.

Wished these were a bit faster. OTOH, I was trying to keep this aerobic, and you can't have it both ways.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat OK - some discomfort in later part of workout.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue - breathing a bit tight at first before rescue.
