Temp 66, DP 62. Pollen of 5.6.
Did 2000, 1600, 1200, 800, 400 (800 recovery after first 2, then 500 recovery, then 400. Split 7:55, 6:18, 4:35, 2:55, 82. Worked with Bradford, Larry, Jamie D, Lisa (for last 4 reps) and Juan and Kate H (for first 3 reps).
Kept this one under control until the last reps, and was very happy with the workout as a result.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and salted watermelon and smores GUs plus some corn tortillas - sat well.
Breathing very good in the humidity - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
