Notes
Temp 75, DP 71. Picked up Custis at Glebe, and took it to W&OD to Lee Highway. Then took Lee Highway to Rt. 7 to Cherry to Columbia to Van Buren - taking Van Buren all the way to 19th and then the W&OD. Took the W&OD back down to the Custis, and then Taylor St. Drills and four uphill strides after.
Did this as an aerobic run. Felt decent - working towards end. Had a nice wind from the east.
