Temp 51, DP 45. Really great weather.
Workout was 1600, 1200, 2x800, 400 - ran 5:56, 4:18, 2:48, 2:45, 76. Definitely a bit tired going into this one, but held on OK, though not as sharp as I would have liked. There were some traffic issues, especially towards the end. Thrilled with the 76 at the end, especially since I was trying NOT to run myself into the ground with it.
Followed with injury prevention work at gym - squats (3x8 at 135, 155, 165) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30).
1 puff of Dulera before, but felt like I didn't get a good hit.
