Notes
Start at temp 68, DP 65, end at temp 72, DP 66. Did out and back past Pierce Mill to Military Road in Rock Creek with Jamie, Jamey, and Nora - fun group. Also got to run with Dan, Maria, and some others for the first part.
Ran this as a progression - averaging 9:39 for first 3 miles, 8:40 for next 6 miles, 7:56 for next 4 miles, and 7:08 for last 5 miles. Took a gel at mile 7, and then part of a Blueberry Pomegranate Rocktane on the way back. Humidity didn't bother me as much as I expected.
One puff Foradil pre-run. Didn't need to use inhaler.
