Temp 36, DP 22, a bit of wind. Did an 8K tempo, working with Bradford for the first 4 (with Larry joining us for the first mile). Good workout - George wanted us to keep this one restrained and extend it out.
Ran 8K in 32:28 (6:44/6:31/6:29/6:25/6:19). Happy with it.
Breathing was great (rescue+advair 250/50+one puff Qvar).
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, ginger and salted caramel GUs and coconut stroopwafel. Sat well.
Did 2 hill sprints near golds.
Wore sports bra/shorts - was the right choice.
