Temp 42, DP 40. Breathing was slightly tight.
Workout was 6x800 - ran 3:01, 2:58, 2:57, 2:54, 2:52, 2:52. Wasn't going to do this workout, since I raced on Sunday, but I woke up and felt pretty good, so what the heck.
Legs still a bit tired, but felt better than they did on Sunday. Taper is working, I think.
