Temp 73, DP 69. Did workout of 3200, 1600 in 12:33 (6:17/6:16) and 5:55. Trailed Romain, Alex, and the two Chris M.s for the workout, with Brad with or right behind for the 3200. Workout was supposed to be a regular tempo, but got swapped to 2x3200, and then to 3200, 1600 due to the weather. I was pretty happy with how this felt, given the conditions. 1600 was split in 91/89/89/85.
Breathing great - advair 250/50. Breakfast was coconut stroopwafel, maple bacon GU, rice, and hemp powder.
