Temp 79, DP 69. Did 7 hill repeats, working with Brent and sometimes Rachel, with Emily and Kathleen also with us. Felt tired at the beginning, but pulled back on the pace and was able to do 7, feeling strong at the end.

Breathing was very good (Advair 250/50). Breakfast was coconut stroopwafel, rice, hemp powder, and salted caramel and strawberry banana Gus. Sat OK, a bit heavy.
