Starting temp 49, DP 46; ending temp 59, DP 51. No wind. Pollen of 10.
Took Custis to W&OD to Van Buren, then did a East Falls Church loop before heading back on W&OD to Custis to MM 2. Stopped at MM 2 to do drills and 6 hill sprints, then took the Custis back to Glebe and did a loop home.
Felt pretty good. L/R balance at 48.1/51.9.
