Starting temp 67, DP 63; ending temp 73, DP 63. Wind from northeast at 9 mph.
Parked in Georgetown and ran up to Bethesda and back on the Capital Crescent. Ran this progressive, split as first 5 miles averaging 9:49 pace; next 4.5 miles averaging 8:20pace; next 5 miles averaging 7:20 pace, and then cooldown to make it 15 miles. Ran off of effort, and felt better as I went. Took half a salted caramel GU about 8 miles in.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, birthday cake and vanilla GUs - sat well.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
