Temp 69, DP 68. Did 3200, 1600, working with or trailing Beth, Brent, Jenn, Bradford, Chris (who was doing 5K) and Rachel. Ran 12:36 (6:21/6:15) and 6:05.
Felt lousy and sluggish and deadlegged on the 3200, significantly better on the 1600. That's about how I expected to feel - some of it is half-marathon fatigue, and some was a need to get my legs turning over.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, half a cola GU and a strawberry KIWI Roctane.
