Starting temp 58, DP 57, ending temp 65, DP 60. WInd calm at first but gusting decently from south by end. Pollen of 3.8 according to pollen.com.
Parked at Tennis Center and did counterclockwise loops of Hains, doubling back for last mile so I could have a tailwind for the fast mile. Did 3x3 miles at marathon effort, plus 1 a bit faster. Ran the first a bit conservative, the second just right, and the third a bit too hard. But not too worried about it - this was a good half-marathon workout.
Liked the Adios 4s - neuroma was a bit ouchy at end in left foot, though.

Set 3: 20:51 (6:56/6:57/6:58) - 6:57 pace average; 1 mile float in 8:10 (plus shoe-tying break)
1 mile hard in 6:31.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, Maurten, vanilla, and half an espresso GU - sat well. Took a birthday cake GU after the second 3 mile repeat. Weird how I feel better with the non-caffeinated GUs.
Breathing was OK - Advair 250/50 plus Qvar.
