Temp 51, DP 35, wind from east at 6 MPH.
Did 8 Iwo Jima hills, stopping at one way sign on way up and post on way down.
These felt a bit improved - finally I was able to go faster on the downhill stride than the uphill part. Everything just felt a bit better also, though still clumsy and slow.
Iwo Jima was fairly busy with cars and walkers, which meant a bit more dodging than normal.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores, salted caramel, and birthday cake GUs - sat well.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
Wore longsleeve for workout and it felt fine.
