Notes
Starting temp 14, DP -7, ending temp 21, DP -7; brisk wind from Northwest. Ran up and back on Cap Crescent with Sharon, Susan, Jordan, Marvin, and new girl Calla. Then added on by going out and back on towpath.
I had originally planned on progressing this, but decided to play it safe and just get miles in. Between the cold temperatures and the fact we were running on packed snow, there was no reason to push it and risk injury. Hip and right foot still felt a bit iffy at end. Breathing good, though. Advair 100/50 and one puff of QVar.
