First did 10 repetitions - .15 "on" (10.5 MPH - 5:43 pace) with .35 recoveries (6.6 mph - 9:05 pace)
Then did 4 intervals of .3 on (9.5 mph - 6:18 pace) with .2 recoveries (6.5 mph - 9:14 pace)
Left foot and calf were sore throughout, but didn't get worse.
