Temp 28, DP 18. Very careful track workout of 1600, 1200, 3x800 (much of track covered with snow). Ran 6:42, 4:44, 3:05, 2:59, 3:00. Did the first 1600 at tempo effort to test the track, then upped the effort a bit with each rep.
Track in horrible shape.
2 puffs dulera in the morning.
Gait held up OK, though got fatigued during 800s. Foot felt a bit sore during 1200, but I changed how my shoe was tied, and that fixed the issue.
