Notes
Starting temp/DP 74; ending temp 77, DP 76. Did a short warm-up and then 6 Iwo Jima hills, stopping at the one way sign on the way up, and doing the stride between the grate and the tree (except for the first). Legs felt good on the uphill, with the limiter being cardio. Legs felt very stiff on the downhill stride.
Breakfast was rice, hemp power, smores and lemonade GUs, and two black cherry shotbloks, plus some dark chocolate. Throat a bit tight.
Breathing was advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff rescue. Breathing good after rescue.
