Notes
Temp 33, DP 25, wind of 10 mph from north.
The workout was 1600, 2x1200, 2x800, 400. I skipped the 1600 and jumped in. I was horribly stiff and cold for the first rep, and improved there after.
Breakfast was cereal, rice, and clif gels - no caffeine. Sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.
Wore tights and thick longsleeve - a bit cold.
