Temp and DP 79. Pretty rough conditions.

Workout was 4-5x1200. I was playing George, so I went with 4x1200 ("pull back on these") and then 2x400. I worked with Kate HW some, and otherwise trailed Chris Carney, Tyler, and Matt. Kept the 1200s a bit conservative to get more volume in, though they were still hard. Splits were 4:41, 4:37, 4:37, 4:32, and then 89 and 85.

Recovery was a bit too long, but I thought that was fine, given the conditions. No caffeine before workout; breathing was good, though I noticed the humidity was stifling.

I'm really not a fan of the Hitogamis for faster running - they just don't feel grippy enough.
