Temp 46, DP 42. Pollen low or high, depending on where you check.

Did 4x1200, and then 2x200 - the 1200s were in 4:57, 4:59, 4:54, and 4:58, with recoveries between 2:50 and 3:20. The 200s were with full recovery, in 43 and 44.

Ran with Lauren, who coached me through what was going wrong with my body. I was hitting with my whole left foot instead of on the heel or ball. And also running way.too.upright. As soon as I started leaning forward some, I felt more coordinated and smooth - the 200s felt much better. The 200s (leaning forward) were also much more even from a left/right perspective. So I think that's part of what's gotten mucked up.

Aerobically and strengthwise, I don't feel that bad - it's just like my body has gotten uncoordinated and forgotten how to run, so I just need to reteach it.

Used Stryd Footpod to measure distance - it was set at 101.5, but I think that's too short - it measured 200m as .11 miles, so... I've recalibrated to 101.8 for tomorrow to see how that works.

Breathing was rough and then OK after I used the rescue - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue during warm-up

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores, berry, and gingerade GUs - sat mostly well, though I did need a bathroom break during the workout.

Wore longsleeve and gloves for warm-up; took them off for the workout.
