Notes

Workout with Sean. Included 2 sets of 5x20 KB, 20 thrusters. No recovery between reps, full recovery between sets.

Started with 12 lb KB and 14 medicine ball. Swapped to 15lb KB during 4th rep of first set.

Also did some one armed presses with KBs, as well as split squats
