Starting temp 69, DP 63; ending temp 72, DP 64. Wind of 7 MPH from SE; pollen of 8.3
Took Custis out to W&OD (running with Sushila briefly), then took W&OD to Van Buren. From there, took Columbia to Noland to Rt 7 to Lee Highway to Gresham (mistakenly turned onto Jefferson first) to the trail. Then took W&OD back to Alternate Custis/Jacksonville/Wilson, and took Wilson all the way to Golds Ballston. Drills and 4 hill sprints after.
Wore lightweight longsleeve and tights for heat acclimation.
